No longer lets me d/l anything but webm

I am using Opera for Linux 12.02, and extension v. 1.43, and it has worked great for a long time. Lately however on Youtube it only ever gives me one option for download, that of WebM, and nothing else. This happens no matter what video I am looking at. Using other download tools I've noticed the same thing on one of them, but not on another, so I know the other options (mp4, etc.) are available. Interestingly the other one that works takes me to your website to do the download, and while it shows all the other options (how I know they are supposed to be available), it won't let me d/l HD res, and instead tells me to use the extension, which as I said isn't working. Any help would be appreciated.
And also your capcha system isn't working because I tried to post this without registering but it told me (about 10 times) that I put in the wrong numbers, when I certainly didn't.
