Helper addon not recognized?

Your webpage does not seem to be able to identify my Firefox's Savefrom helper addon. I installed it and I still can't download any video in HD (still telling me to download the addon).
This was not the case with the earlier version of the plugin (1.4 if I recall correctly).
Any help / thoughts?

I have the same problem,

Just reinstalled the recent version 1.72 still doesn't work.
Opera 12.14 32-bit AND 64-bit not working.
Location: Germany
Windows 7 64-bit
