CC subtitles are no longer available.

There was a time when this page added a link to an available streaming subtitle if that CC was being viewed at that time. That no longer appears. Did it become technically unfeasible? I have tried other tools like WMRecorder but it does not record the CC, and Fraps does not work on web sites. I'm still looking for a good tool to capture the video and CC. Please restore CC capture if you can. Thanks!
