Crackle.com not supported?

hi,

i just tried to download the following video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMLdbNdY1x0.

when i click on the download button, nothing happens.

when i go got your page and paste the youtube link it gives me the option to download the 360p mp4. 720p mp4 is only available for download when installing the plugin. i installed that plugin and still nothing happens like mentioned before. any help? thanks!
