No download button on youtube

Hello!

I use the latest version of Google Chrome as well as your youtube specific download helper.
So I should theoretically be able to download videos in higher quality.
But there is no download button under the video as described and if I click on the green safefrom button in the top corner it just redirects me to the standard download.
Please, I would really appreciate your help here!
